I booked my family on one of these trips in Aug. We had a wonderful time. The Island Queen is a great boat and Captain Gary is full of information about the Port St Joe area. My kids had a wonderful time playing in the water and bringing things up for the "show & tell" buckets. We got to see crabs, sand dollars, starfish, fish, stingrays and all kinds of shells. It was a really great experience that we would recommend to anyone with kids.

Reply Posted: 05/19/09 WOW what a trip! Captain Gary and his stafff provided all thirty-three of us a grand time on the Island Queen! Little did we know we would have a Canadian Blast of cold air on May 18th at Port St. Joe, Florida! Even with the cooler air and the high seas we all had a great time. The excitement of seeing horseshoe crabs, sea stars, urchins, conchs, whelks, tunicates, a variety of bivalves, birds and fishes was a once in a lifetime experience for many of us. The Island Queen was safe and secure feeling; all the equipment was clean and top notch and Captain Gary and Julie were knowledgeable, gracious and most helpful in every aspect of our trip. Thanks Seahorse Water Safaris for a educational, fun, exciting day of adventure! PS-We all agree our return trip to the dock was better than any ride at SIX FLAGS!

Reply Posted: 06/06/09 Captain Gary and his staff provided a very memorable trip for me, my family and friends. It was our 8 year old son's first boating/ocean experience. This trip provides a wonderful way for kids and adults alike to share in the wonders of the sea. It was informative, educational and most all, extremely fun! Thanks Gary, Julie, Erin, Sarah, and Lindsay for a great adventure!
